Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes, samples are available for you. Please contact us for details. Once the sample fee is charged, please note that it will be fully refunded when you place the formal mass production order.
Which shipping ways are available?
DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS, China Post, and Sea Freight are all available. Other customized shipping methods can also be arranged upon request.
How long is the production and shipping time?
Delivery time depends on your order quantity. Production usually takes 15-25 working days. Shipping time depends on the carrier method selected.
What should I do if my package has missing products?

How do we confirm the payment?
