How about a sample order?
Samples are available for you. Please contact us for details. Once we charge you the sample fee, rest assured it will be refunded when you place a formal order.
Which shipping ways are available?
DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS, China Post, and Sea freight are available. Other shipping methods can also be arranged upon request.
How long is the delivery (producing) and shipping time?
Delivery time depends on the quantity you order. Typically, production takes 15-25 working days.
My package has missing products. What can I do?

How to confirm the payment?
We accept payment by T/T and PayPal. Other payment options can also be negotiated. A 30-50% deposit is available, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment.
